A Trade Licence is offered by the local municipality where the business is located. In Jharkhand a business located in following municipalities require a trade licence:
- Ranchi Municipal Corporation
- Deoghar Municipal Corproation
- Dhanbad Municipal Corporation
- Medininagar Municipal Corporation
A Trade Licence is valid for a period of 1-year post which it needs to be renewed.
